These are a Few of My Favorite Things

I never make New Year’s Resolutions because…as soon as the New Year Resolutions come out of my mouth, I break them maybe I am traveling or going to grandkids basketball and soccer games!

I decided to make a list of my favorite things from Nutrition and Fitness areas.

I can publicly say I want to eat more of all things from the Nutrition list plus adding more items that are deemed healthy to pump up my immune system which will keep my gut microbiome healthy and utilize my favorite fitness things like I do regularly which keeps my body and my mind healthy at 74 years of age!

One area that I am going to work on is eating less ultra-processed foods which I normally don’t eat much of but I want to concentrate on eating less foods that contain gluten which seem to be microbiome busters.
